How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Email noco@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing, and are subject to a 30 day notice policy. Once payment processes there are no refunds.

Memberships may be placed on hold for the maximum of 3 months. Holds are only offered for medical, maternity, and extenuating circumstances; and are approved on a case-by-case basis. Complete a Hold Request form by emailing noco@fit4mom.com. Our system auto prorates payments so no paid membership is lost when utilizing a hold option.
