What is Body Well?

Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.

Classes will be every Wednesday & Friday at 5am.

They will be offered in person at D-Bat NorCo with a virtual option!

The quick answer: A Journey Toward Overall Wellness w/ Group Accountability & Connection

  • Body Well Basics, a user friendly guide that includes your program overview, My Goal sheet, Good Eats chart, Recipes, Meal Planner, and Daily/Weekly Checklists
  • An online seasonal Client Guide that dives deeper into recipes, food options, science, and more
  • Small group coaching with weekly themes & challenges in our private Slack group (not another Facebook group)
  • Two workouts per week - HIIT (Body Boost)
  • Free access to FIT4MOM On Demand
  • Mom's Night Outs and more
