Run Club+
What is Run Club+?
Take your run training to the next level with our 8-week guided training program. Whether you’re training for your first 5k ever, looking to set a new PR, or simply want the support and structure of a run training program, we provide in-person and at-home opportunities to train, learn, and improve. Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans based on your experience and goals, as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week, you’ll receive accountability and progress check-ins from your Run Club+ Coach. It's community, accountability, and support to help you reach your running goals!
Who is it for?
This training is for all moms - from those starting out for the first time to experienced runners ready to run another race or improve their time. We offer a variety of training plans so that you can build distance safely or increase your speed when you are ready.
What do you get with the 8-week Run Club+ Package?
- 8 Week 5k, 10k, or half marathon training program with weekly training plan email (distances may vary depending on finish line event)
- Private group chat to ask questions, check in with other Run Club+ participants, and stay up to date with run locations
- Topic of the week that will include education in proper running form, gear, nutrition and more
- Group run each Sunday with certified Run Club+ instructor
- Additional cross-training class each week

***Race registration is not included and must be paid separately by the participant (we have a F4M discount code for 20% off your race registration, ask for your code after registering for RunClub+)
When/where are the group runs?
Group Runs will take place on Sunday mornings at 7:30 am from April 26th (kick off) to June 20th (race day!)
* Location will be announced in the group chat each week (throughout NOCO)

Run Club will finish with run.Windsor's Red, White & Brew

Hello All! I am Jena, an instructor here at F4M NOCO! You can find me coaching Strides, Barre and Run Club+! I am mama to 2 kiddos, a boy and girl (6 and 2). I started Run Club in 2020 for myself during covid since we couldn't meet in person. Running has really helped me mentally during some tough times. I was so excited to be asked to coach run club - as you may know I am one of the biggest cheerleaders we have here at F4M NOCO. I love supporting all runners from beginners to masters! So whatever your running journey may be, come join us for some fun, accountability and much more!
Meet your Run Club+ coach!
Hey! I’m Kelsey, one of the co-owners of Fit4Mom NoCo and a Run Club+ coach. I’m also a mom of two—a 5-year-old girl and a 3-year-old boy!
I started running in my 20s after watching my sister complete her first half marathon. Seeing her do it inspired me, and I decided I wanted to join her in traveling and running races together. Since becoming a mom, running has taken on a new meaning for me—it’s a chance to spend time with friends, challenge myself, and do something that isn’t always easy but is incredibly rewarding.
I truly believe that EVERYONE can be a runner, and I’m so grateful to be part of this community of strong, supportive moms who show up for themselves and each other. I can’t wait to run alongside you!
