Holds can start any day of your billing cycle. Our system auto-prorates your membership upon release of your hold. You cannot cancel your membership while on hold.

We are a small business, and we count on membership dues in order to plan the coming months of awesome classes and stellar social events. There are no refunds on dues once payment has been paid. Thank you for understanding! When cancelling membership, a 30 day notice policy is in effect. Your next bill may process in full during that 30 day time.
