Body Well "Mini" Session

October 20-November 23

This "Mini" Body Well is an 5-week results-based journey. You will focus on your mind and body, improving your overall health and well-being. The experience includes mom-only high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Nutrition guidance, recipes, and meal planners are provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed, allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments.

This kid-free, mom-focused program also includes online workouts, accountability, and a supportive community that is with you every step of the way. This eight-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation. Each BODY WELL program includes the following:

  • Two HIIT workouts per week (in-person, indoor; with a live virtual option)
  • Access to online at-home workout library
  • Individual check-ins weekly
  • Nutrition guide & recipes
  • Food journals
  • Weekly emails & challenges
  • Before and after fitness assessments
