Our signature program offering "Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby™"!

Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do WITH their babies. It includes power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercise using exercise tubing, your stroller, and the environment. Taught by certified fitness instructors with specialty training in the pre and post natal woman, it is a great workout for ANY level of exerciser. All of our instructors abide by the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists’ recommendations for exercises. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as Mom.

Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health! Exercise is an important component to your pregnant well being, as well as your strength as a new mom.

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These prenatal fitness classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! (Other FIT4MOM® classes may include dads, nannies and other child caregivers.) Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.

We train and certify our Fit4Baby® instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Fit4Baby® classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.

We encourage each member of any FIT4MOM® program to seek a physician's approval before starting any exercise program. Fit4Baby®: helping soon-to-be mothers find the STRENGTH FOR MOTHERHOOD!

Body Back® is a total body, high intensity interval training workout with 3 primary formats including an outdoor option to keep each workout fun and fresh. Blast calories, increase strength and endurance and connect with fun, like minded women at the same time. Workout in an all-female, supportive and inspiring environment!

BOOST: Looking for Drop In Body Back® classes? Then BOOST is for you! Blast calories, increase strength and endurance and connect with fun, like minded women at the same time. Membership and class pass options available. Your first BOOST workout is always FREE! Check out our schedule for dates and times.

Body Back® Full Session: A results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted HIIT workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. When done in conjunction with founder Lisa Druxman's Mama Wants Her Body Back meal plan and at home supplemental workouts, moms have a surefire combination for success.

What Does an 8 week full Body Back® session Include?

  • 2 Workouts per week in a small group format
  • Mama Wants Her Body Back Meal Plan and Food Diary
  • Before and After fitness assessments and measurements
  • Online coaching and support
  • Supplemental at home workouts

Body Back Boost

Mamas, do you want a baby/kid free High Intensity Interval Training workout designed especially for moms of ANY age? Join our Body Back Boost Class! As part of our Body Back program, we offer our Body Back Boost classes for moms who just want the baby free HIIT workout without the nutritional component of our Body Back session

Any mom can participate, whether she's a Stroller Strides member, Body Back alum or a mama who just needs get an amazing workout in on her own time!

Join us and train to run the Catch Me if You Can 10k and 4 mile race in Fort Collins on February 12! Our running programs are designed for moms starting back running after baby or seasoned runners who want to improve their time. Our programs offer accountability, coached group runs, running clinics and shoe fittings, community and support.
